Jordan’s King Abdullah arrived in Berlin late Monday,
coming from Sanaa where he held talks with Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh on means to further boost bilateral relations and on the latest developments in the region, reported the official Jordanian news agency, Petra.
The two leaders affirmed the need for concerted Arab action to surmount tremendous challenges facing the Arab nation, said the agency.
They attended celebrations marking the launching of the newly-formed Yemeni Special Forces.
The Jordanian Armed Forces took part in their training operations, it added.
According to Petra, the monarch’s talks in Berlin will focus on the Palestinian crisis and ways to implement the Mitchell report.
Boosting bilateral ties will also be discussed, added the agency – Albawaba.com
