Jacky's Electronics was rewarded for its innovative concepts and overall contribution to growing the IT retail channel in the region and was hailed as 'Super Retailer of the Year' during the first Reseller Middle East Partner Excellence Awards 2010.
The company's 'Touch & Feel' concept launched last year, which made products conveniently accessible to customers, has improved buying experience. This unique concept also gave Jacky's partners very prominent areas to showcase their brands and products within the outlet.
Ashish Panjabi, Jacky's Electronics' Chief Operating Officer, has received the accolade from CPI Group, organisers of the awards, at the Madinat Jumeirah Hotel. This annual award honoured the best practice and service excellence by vendors, distributors, system integrators, retailers and resellers across the region. This was the second honour for Jacky's Electronics this year after receiving the 'Retail Company of the Year Award' from Channel Middle East Awards in March 2010.
