Israel's army Deputy Chief of Staff, Moshe Ya'alom, singled out CNN and BBC in attacking foreign journalists for alleged bias in presenting Palestinians as "underdogs" and Israelis as "conquerors" in the current confrontations, reported Haaretz newspaper.
Yaalom criticized CNN Gaza correspondent Rula Amin for particularly slanted reporting, said the paper.
Yaalon said it was extremely difficult to "convince (CNN bureau chief) Mike Hanna and other correspondents to change their trend and their strategy in describing "Palestinians as the underdog and we are the conquerors." - Albawaba.com
