Israeli police forces were on high alert Monday, for fear of Palestinian attacks timed to coincide with the opening of an International Court of Justice hearing in the Hague over the legality of the West Bank fence.
In the West Bank, Israeli forces blew up a Palestinian house in a village near Bethlehem, while arresting eight Palestinians throughout the occupied Palestinian territories.
Eyewitnesses said that the Israeli occupying forces invaded the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem City, and planted explosives in the house of Sunday's Jerusalem suicide bomber, Mohammed Eisa Zo'oul, remotely detonating it.
In Salfeet, Israeli troops early Monday demolished the house of prisoner, Ahmed Abed al Qader Saleim, 21, who was sentenced to life imprisonment.
On Monday morning, Israeli occupying forces arrested two Palestinians from the Balata refugee camp in Nablus City.
Earlier last night, the Israeli occupying forces arrested six Palestinians at two military checkpoints, in the Gaza Strip, including a medical worker.
