ALBAWABA - Twenty-eight Palestinians were shot and injured, 5 of them in critical condition, and two killed in a military raid carried out by the Israeli army in the West Bank city of Jenin earlier today.
An Israeli military troop stormed the Jenin camp in the West Bank, sparking fierce clashes between Palestinians and Palestinians during which the Israeli army used live bullets injuring 28 Palestinians and killing one.
Videos roamed social media of what is claimed to be Israeli helicopters firing bombs at the camp for the first time in 20 years.
According to the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation, a number of soldiers were injured. No official numbers have been released.
Bulldozers destroyed a water carrier line in the Jabriyat neighborhood, and caused power outages in large parts of Jenin camp, in addition to a troop storming the house of Musab al-Barmaki and using its residents as a human shield, WAFA News Agency reported.
