Israeli forces "brutally" raided a prison ward in Israel's Ofer jail on Thursday, and assaulted three minors, the Palestinian Prisoners' Society told Ma'am.
The conditions of the three minors are unknown.
The society said Israeli forces violently raided ward 19 of the Ramallah-area prison.
After the raid, prisoners responded by returning meals and banging on metal doors, the society said.
A spokesperson with Israel's Prison Service (IPS) did not immediately respond for comment.
According to the IPS website, Ofer holds Palestinians who were sentenced for "hostility acts."
Palestinian detainees are subject to brutal mistreatment that has been condemned by the Palestinian leadership and the international community.
There are around 6,800 Palestinians being held in Israeli jails as of February 2016, 470 of whom are children, according to prisoner rights group Addameer.
At least 660 Palestinians are being held without charge or trial under the policy of administrative detention, which dates back to the British Mandate.
