ALBAWABA- The Israeli Cabinet has reportedly endorsed former U.S. President Donald Trump's proposal to deport Palestinian residents from Gaza, according to Israeli officials.

This decision marks a significant shift in Israel's approach to the ongoing conflict, potentially reshaping the next phases of the ceasefire agreement with Hamas.

Israeli sources indicate that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is seeking to alter the terms of the second phase of the Gaza agreement, emboldened by Trump's vision of displacing Palestinians from the region.

Reports from Israel Hayom suggest that the Ministerial Council may have approved measures to facilitate the evacuation of Gaza’s population.

Meanwhile, Trump has issued a stark warning to Hamas, stating that “all hell is going to break out” if the group fails to release all remaining hostages by Saturday.

His statement came after Hamas announced an indefinite delay in the hostage-prisoner exchanges, citing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement.

The ceasefire, established to facilitate a phased exchange of hostages and prisoners, is now under threat. Trump’s repeated insistence on the forced relocation of Palestinians from Gaza has further complicated the situation.

On Monday, he suggested transforming Gaza into a "real estate development opportunity," contradicting his own aides, who had previously claimed any displacement would be temporary.

Additionally, Trump has threatened to cut aid to Egypt and Jordan if they refuse to accept displaced Palestinians. This ultimatum has added further tension to an already volatile geopolitical landscape.
