Three Israeli border-guards alleged to have beaten up three Palestinians outside east Jerusalem Wednesday have been arrested, the justice ministry said Thursday.
The Palestinians were beaten almost senseless after being stopped as they were going home from work to the village of Abu Dis and required hospital treatment.
The border-guards had filmed the scene with a video-camera, which showed one of them with his foot on the neck of a prostrate Palestinian, the ministry said - JERUSALEM (AFP)
