The Israeli airforce attacked the Palestinian headquarters in the West Bank Town of Jenin with a missile, and a helicopter attack on Bethlehem, reported Al Jazeera satellite channel.
Palestinian President Yasser Arafat was shown on the station after the attacks. He denounced the Israeli agression in remarks to reporters.
The station said that Israeli F16s were sweeping the Palestinian skies over Jenin.
There were no immediate reports on casualties in the attacks.
