Israeli soldiers continued their military operations against the Palestinians, just hours after 15 Palestinains were killed in the Gaza Strip and over 80 others were injured.

In Hebron governorate, Israeli troops arrested three Palestinians from the towns of Halhoul and Sa'eer, Palestinian security sources and witnesses said.

Local sources in Hebron told IPC that Israeli forces stormed Palestinian houses in both towns and arrested at least three citizens during their house-to-house search campaign.

Meanwhile, according to witnesses and local residents, settlers of the Mitzpe Ya'ir settlement, located south of Yatta Town ruined the crops of 110 dunums of Palestinian lands, as well as uprooting dozens of olive trees.

Elsewhere, Israeli forces arrested two Palestinians from the refugee camps in Tulkarem City, eyewitnesses and local sources said.

Ibrahim Seif, 14, from Nour Shams refugee camp and Moayyad Nasralla, 25, from Tulkarem refugee camp were both arrested when Israeli soldiers raided the city and swept through Palestinian houses and shops.

Meanwhile in Jenin governorate, Israeli troops manning the Za'tara military checkpoint detained thousands of Palestinian citizens and numerous vehicles for several hours, before opening the checkpoint again and allowing them to move across it.

Elsewhere, a 16-year-old Palestinian was shot dead by Israeli fire Monday morning in the southern Gaza Strip town of Khan Yunis.

Medical sources told WAFA news agency that Khaled Suleiman Muammar was hit in his head. Palestinian eyewitnesses said the boy was shot by Israeli troops deployed in the nearby Morag settlement while he was working with his fater in the fields.

Early Monday, in the meantime, a Qassam rocket landed in an open area in Israel's western Negev region, however no injuries were reported, according to Israeli media reports. (Albawaba.com)
