Israel has expelled 184 Gaza residents allegedly involved in criminal activity who were living illegally within its borders, reported Ha'aretz newspaper.
The deportees who were conquered by the police have been handed over to the Palestinian Authority, and their return to Israel will be blocked with the help of computerized listings of their names, the Israeli paper said, adding that the deported men are likely to stand trial in the PA.
Five Israeli citizens have also been detained on suspicion that they unlawfully harbored members of the group, added Haaretz.
Police statistics, according to the paper, indicate that two groups have been increasingly active in criminal activity in the Tel Aviv area: juveniles, and Palestinians from Gaza who remain in Israel without permits - Albawaba.com
