Iranian Exhibition to be Held in Alexandria

Iran announced Wednesday that a trade exhibition is due to take place in Alexandria, Egypt, next February, Iran's official news agency (IRNA) reported. 

According to a report by Iran's Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines of the northwestern Province of Zanjan will sponsor the Iranian exhibition, the agency reported. 

Iran-Egypt trade relations will be expanded as a result of an agreement inked by Zanjan's Chamber of Commerce and owners of industries in the city of Alexandria, the report added. 

Meanwhile, Ebrahim Jamili, Head of Zanjan Chamber of Commerce termed the outcome of his recent visit to Egypt as positive. 

The Egyptian officials announced their readiness to settle the visa problems for Iranian businessmen, he said adding that cooperation between the two countries' private sectors were stressed by both Iranian and Egyptian officials, the news agency reported - Albawaba.com
