Members of the Majlis cultural commission Tuesday held talks in Berlin with German deputy foreign minister, Juergen Chrobog, calling for the promotion of dialogue between the Islamic and western world, according to the Islamic Republic News Agency.
The two sides agreed that dialogue between the two civilizations could advance global peace and security.
In addition, the Iranian deputies conferred with Chrobog on regional issues such as Afghanistan. Tehran Parliament Member Ahmad Pour-Nejati is heading the Majlis Cultural Commission delegation on a six-day visit to Germany. (Albawaba.com)
