Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Asia-Pacific Affairs Mohsen Aminzadeh and Philippines Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs Lauro Baja on Tuesday held second round of talks in Tehran on ways to develop economic cooperation between the two countries, according to Iran Daily.
