Iran to Export 100 Cars to Syria

Iran will export 100 locally manufactured cars to Syria within the framework of bilateral cooperation, reported the official Iranian news agency, IRNA. 

The Kerman Automobile Manufacturing Company will export some 100 Matiz cars to Syria on August 28.  

During the period of June 22 till July 22, the company exported 100 cars of the same model to Syria, said the agency. 

Earlier, it had also exported a consignment of 120 Cielo and Matiz cars to the same country. 

The company started producing Matiz cars at the beginning of the previous Iranian year (March 20, 2000) in the Arg Special Economic Zone in Kerman.
