International contact cventer innovations tour stops off in Dubai

The first Middle East Contact Centre Innovations Day is slated for its regional debut in Dubai on Sept 21; it will follow a subject expert and networking business format that has proven highly successful in Europe. Aimed squarely at customer service-oriented organizations looking for innovative and effective ways to handle the constant daily stream of new contact centre challenges, the forum aims to provide practical, proven and timely management and operations guidance. Free to attend for pre-registered delegates, the Contact Center Innovations Tour will bring together world-class providers of some of the industry’s most innovative call centre solutions covering both technologies and services. In a program of specially developed presentations, delegates will learn more about the practical use of these solutions and about other users experiences.
