Injazat ties up with ITQAN for Enterprise Content Management Solutions

Injazat Data Systems, the region’s leading Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, has announced that it has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ITQAN, the leading total systems integrator in the region, to further expand its portfolio of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solutions.

Under the terms of the agreement signed by the two companies, Injazat and ITQAN will work together to enhance the delivery of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions as well as a range of premium software and hardware products to their respective markets.

We are confident that we can successfully leverage ITQAN's ECM trusted products to provide unparalleled services to our clients," said Ibrahim Mohamed Lari, CEO, Injazat Data Systems.

Mansour Alami, Managing Director of Al Bawardi Enterprises, which is the parent company of ITQAN, congratulated the companies on the signing of the MOU.  "As a group, we are very proud that ITQAN is joining hands with Injazat.  This is excellent pooling of resources from a business point of view, and will result in a qualitative improvement of the IT market in UAE," he said.
