The army on Thursday infromed the Palestinian families of the gunmen who killed allegedly Na'ama and Eitam Henkin that they had 24 hours to file an appeal with the Supreme Court against the cabinet decision to raze their homes.
The expedited demolition notices were distributed by dint of a cabinet decision to fast-track the razing of Palestinian homes in the West Bank belonging to families of those who commit acts of violence against Israelis.
The Henkin couple was allegedly shot dead by Palestinian gunmen while driving near the West Bank settlement of Itamar on October 1. They left behind four young children who survived without injury in the bullet-riddled vehicle.
