ALBAWABA - Donald Trump Jr.'s X account, formerly known as Twitter, experienced an apparent security breach on Wednesday.
The breach resulted in a series of offensive and false posts being disseminated on the profile of the former US President's son, who boasts over 10 million followers.
Around 15:00 (GMT+3), the account was flooded with these posts, only to have them swiftly removed. Among the false claims made during the breach, Donald Trump Jr., a prominent right-wing political figure, businessman, and author, falsely announced his father's passing and declared his candidacy for the US presidential election in 2024.
Donald Trump Jr. has made a return to X (formerly Twitter) following a recent hack of his account. Rather than dwelling on the incident, Trump Jr. took to the platform to humorously lay the blame on Hunter Biden, saying, "I'M BACK... Hunter Biden must have hacked my account!!!"
Despite the sensational hack, Trump Jr. appears to have a sense of humor about the situation, even considering hiring his own social media expert.
