Human Ex started its first training session yesterday at the Ritz Carlton Hotel & Spa with the participation of 35 business women in leadership positions in government institutions and civil society throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain. The workshops were conducted by expert trainers from Germany and the United Kingdom jointly under the umbrella of Aspire – the UK’s leading coaching consultants; the support for public relations services was provided by EVENTSCOM.
The session was a full working day discussing the most important administrative aspects, the most responsive elements of administrative success, and an outlook on how to employ them effectively in a professional manner in order to ensure a successful business. The sessions also tackled techniques on how to achieve goals quickly and efficiently.
This networking session was primarily held for women who wish to set up a business, invest in a middle or small-scale business, or for those who are in senior management to. The event was organized by Human Ex, in collaboration with Aspire, and with the support of EVENTSCOM Bahrain's leading public relations and event management company. Sessions were held by professional trainers from Germany "Yasmin El Dabi," and Britain, "Caroline Downson" who are both internationally known in management training at various levels of administrative leadership and in particular for those who wish to establish new companies as well as develop management skills in scientific and contemporary ways ..
Theoretical training was held in the morning, while later in the afternoon Mrs. Afnan Al Zayani-President of Al Zayani Commercial Services- shared her personal success as a living example for success in managerial and leadership level of private and public sectors.
On this occasion Mrs. Sahar Al Baharna – CEO of Human Ex – said “we were able to bring together both German and British experiences together in the Kingdom of Bahrain, providing a theoretical scientific way of holding a training course under the umbrella of the global leading consultants for leadership training, ASPIRE, at an ideal rate for business and civil society leaders from the government sector as well as women who wish to enter the political arena. The sessions were carried out by two experts with an audience consisting of thirty-five participants, so as to provide an opportunity for everyone to interact and participate actively” adding “Ms. Afnan Al Zayani, President of Al Zayani Commercial Services had enriched participants with knowledge and thoughts where she highlighted the points of her experience and networking.
