hilton wtc honors its employees
On the first of October, Hilton WTC held a ceremony to honor employees who have spent 5, 10 & 15 years in their duties with Hilton.
During the ceremony, Hilton granted each employee cash rewards, honorary certificates and service period badges in appreciation of their efforts to deliver the best service to Egypt’s guests.
The awards ceremony was attended by Hilton WTC staff and management, everyone participated in honoring their colleagues. Mr. Maged Salama, the Hilton WTC General Manager, presented the awards.
Chef Tawfeek Mahmoud was among the honored but unfortunately couldn't attend as he was at Hilton Nairobi in Kenya to help his colleagues prepare delicious Egyptian and Eastern dishes during the holy month of Ramadan. Chef Tawfeek traveled also to Kenya last year on the same mission and created dishes that won the commendation of everybody, he is receiving the certificate in appreciation of his dedication and distinguished performance in a ten year Hilton career.
Hilton deeply believes that employees that work within its hotels and resorts are its real wealth, and hence saves no effort in offering them moral support through honoring and appreciating their efforts, and encouraging and motivating their valued employees to always offer more.
