Hezbollah fighters Wednesday seized additional hilltops along the Lebanon-Syria border, Hezbollah’s Al-Manar TV said.
A breaking news item on Al-Manar TV said Hezbollah fighters “wrested control” over two hilltops to the north of the outskirts of the northeastern border town of Arsal along the Eastern Mountain Range.
Hezbollah, along with the Syrian Army, launched an offensive last month in Syria's Qalamoun region along the border, capturing dozens of militant bases and driving the jihadis north toward the outskirts of Lebanon's Arsal.
