Hammamet hosts international sports festival for children

Organized by the Tunisian Association "Sports for All", the International Sports Festival for Children will be held in Hammamet from August 23 until August 30. <i>La Presse</i> reports that 200 participants representing 12 countries such as the Ivory Coast, Algeria, Holland, Spain, Germany, Lebanon, Belgium, Egypt, Syria, Turkey and Great Britain, will take part in the event. During the Festival children will participate in many sports and cultural activities, which aim to promote sports activities and education in line with the United Nation's proclamation that the year 2005 is the International Year of Sports and Physical Education.
