Gulf Bank announced that it has won the coveted “Employer of the Year” award at the 2nd GCC Human Resource Excellence Awards 2010 held in conjunction with the 5th Human Assets Middle East Congress. This award is an endorsement of Gulf Bank’s consistent ongoing efforts to implement positive career development strategies across all of its departments.
The Awards Ceremony, which took place at the Royal Mirage Hotel (Dubai) on 25 May 2010, is an annual event, which recognizes excellence in HR practices followed by GCC public and private organizations and has been designed to honor both individuals and organizations.
Gulf Bank, a leading HR practitioner in the region, received this year’s Best Employer Award in recognition of its loyalty and care towards its employees, providing ongoing support, and training and developing them to become the future banking leaders of Kuwait.
