ALBAWABA - On Saturday, a security group linked to Hamas said that a large-scale security operation had begun across the Gaza Strip to find armed militias and people accused of working with Israel during the recent conflict.

The platform, called "Radea," is Hamas's security media arm on Telegram. It made a short statement that said "Our operations are still going on from north to south across the Strip."  Radea's hand is hitting the dens of treason and working together.

Operation "Radea... Power of the Field"

The announcement says that Radea will soon give more information about "Operation Radea – Power of the Field," which is aimed at people who are thought to be working with Israel.

At the same time, Palestinian and Israeli news sources said that Hamas fighters and rival militias fought heavily overnight on Friday, with the worst fighting happening near the Jordanian Hospital in Gaza City.

Warnings about security and the ceasefire

After the ceasefire agreement with Israel and the gradual withdrawal of Israeli troops on Thursday, Radea told resistance fighters to stay alert and keep their personal security measures strict. He said, "The enemy continues to watch us 24 hours a day and updates its list of targets regularly."

The platform also warned that Israeli troops and allied militias might use hidden cameras or bombs, telling civilians not to touch or mess with anything that looks suspicious and to tell the authorities right away.

This new campaign shows that Hamas is trying to regain control of Gaza and get rid of rival groups after the ceasefire. Tensions are rising between different armed groups in the area.
