Gadhafi calls Jacques Chirac to express sympathy and concern

The Libyan President, Muammar Gadhafi, called on Saturday, November 5, the French President, Jacques Chirac to express is sympathy and concern in regards to the violent event, taking place in the French capital.

 

During this phone call, reports Jamahiriya News, the Libyan president also underlined Libya’s readiness ‘to help France to transcend the regrettable events’. The French President, however, assured the Libyan leader that the situation in Paris is under control and thanked him for his ‘sentiments towards the French people’.
