Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak is to receive a message from the Libyan leader Muaamar Gaddafi. The message will be handed by Libya's Foreign Minister Abdul Rahman Shalgarn who arrived in Cairo on Saturday.
The message also takes up the preparations for the African Union extraordinary summit which will be attended by African leaders and due to be held in Sirt, Libya on February 27-28 to discuss several issues.
