ALBAWABA - According to the Le Monde newspaper, French authorities have begun talks with military leaders in Niger to possibly withdraw French troops from the West African country.
On August 3, the ruling junta announced the scrapping of military agreements with France, which has about 1,500 soldiers stationed in the country.
