Four Palestinians sentenced for allegedly forming ‘military cell’

The Israeli Central Court of Jerusalem on Tuesday convicted four Palestinians of forming military cells within Israel, and planning kidnapping operations against Israeli soldiers, head of the Jerusalem Prisoners Committee said. 

Amjad Abu Asab, said the four men were all detained at the same time on March 20, 2013.

Abu Asab identified the four as Noor Shihada Ahmad Hamdan, 27, who was sentenced to 12 years in jail, Imad Adnan Subhi Shaer, 32, who was sentenced to 11 years in jail, Amjad Adnan Rajab Razem, 25, who was sentenced to 10 years in jail, and Omar Ghazi Ibrahim Wazwaz, 32, who was sentenced to 32 months.
