ALBAWABA - The flood disaster that struck Greece's Thessaly region last week, triggered by heavy rains, has now claimed the lives of 17 individuals.
Through DNA tests, authorities have successfully identified the bodies of an Austrian couple who were reported missing during the flood.
The extensive flooding has caused substantial damage, submerging over 750,000 acres of land and severely affecting residential areas, agricultural fields, and local infrastructure.
