Fire destroyed 40 homes in an overcrowded shantytown in Casablanca on Monday, reported the official Maghrebe Arab Presse (MAP).
One person was injured, said MAP, adding that the victim was in a stable condition.
The fire was contained within an hour, and local authorities started an inquiry to determine its causes – Albawaba.com
