A hand grenade exploded at dawn Saturday in the main street of a refugee camp in southern Lebanon, damaging a grocery shop but causing no casualties, Palestinian sources said, cited by AFP.

The explosion in the Ain el-Helweh camp on the outskirts of the port city of Sidon damaged a shop owned by Bassam Saffuri, who is not known to have any political affiliations, the sources said. (Albawaba.com)
