The Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) predicted Tuesday that real GDP growth next year will be 4 percent for the region, excluding Iraq, the Daily Star reported Wednesday.
According to the daily, the rate is one of the highest since 1992 but down on this year’s GDP growth rate of 5.1 percent.
