Escalation in southern Lebanon: Israeli airstrikes and Hezbollah retaliates

Hezbollah launched attacks on the Al-Samaqa site in Kafr Shuba Heights and military targets in the Hunin Valley.

ALBAWABA- The Israeli military conducted multiple airstrikes in southern Lebanon, targeting the Marjaayoun district and injuring at least one person. Additional raids struck the towns of Maroun al-Ras and Blida.

 In retaliation, Hezbollah launched attacks on the Al-Samaqa site in Kafr Shuba Heights and military targets in the Hunin Valley.

An anti-tank missile fired by Hezbollah from southern Lebanon ignited a fire in the Margaliot area of Upper Galilee. 

Hezbollah also targeted Israeli soldiers near the Al-Samaqa site in the occupied Kfar Shuba hills with artillery shells. 

It attacked a group of Israeli soldiers between the settlements of Al-Manara and Margaliot. Following these attacks, sirens sounded in the Kilaa settlement on the northern border due to the suspected entry of an enemy aircraft.
