ALBAWABA- Turkish President Recep, Tayyip Erdogan, has issued a stern warning, signaling potential military intervention in Palestine for the first time since the Gaza war erupted.
Drawing parallels to Turkey's previous actions in Karabakh and Libya, Erdogan asserted, "Just as we intervened in Karabakh and Libya, we will do something similar to Israel. Nothing is stopping us from doing this."
Erdogan also addressed the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, urging him to deliver a speech in front of the Turkish parliament, akin to Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu's address to the U.S. Congress.
Erdogan confirmed that Turkey has already extended an invitation to Abbas to describe the dire situation under Israeli occupation, but Abbas has not yet accepted.
Similarly, the President of the Future Party and former Turkish PM, Dr. Ahmed Dawood Uglo, posted on X, emphasizing the moral duty to amplify the voice of human dignity.
He urged Erdogan to invite Ismail Haniyeh, the elected leader of Gaza and a symbol of resistance against Israel, if Abbas declines.
He highlighted Haniyeh's willingness to speak and suggested it would be a significant gesture for Turkey to broadcast the plight of the people of Gaza from Ankara.
"The Parliament of the oppressed peoples should hear Mr. Haniyeh's voice," he stated, expressing unwavering support for Erdogan's efforts to bring global attention to Gaza's suffering.
