ALBAWABA- An emergency meeting of the Iranian Parliamentary National Security Committee has been called to address the recent assassination of Commander Sayyed Reza Moussavi of the Revolutionary Guard in Syria. 

The Iranian government has declared the act a terrorist crime perpetrated by Israel, vowing a response at the appropriate time and place. 

The assassination occurred in a raid in Damascus yesterday, marking a significant escalation in tensions between Iran and Israel.
