ALBAWABA- A source within Iraq's Popular Mobilization Forces reports one dead and six injured among their ranks, along with 12 police officers injured, in a recent American airstrike on Mobilization Forces positions.
This follows Reuters' confirmation from the Pentagon that strikes were conducted against three facilities used by Hezbollah Brigades and affiliated groups in Iraq.
The Pentagon stated that these strikes were a response to attacks on American employees in Iraq and Syria by armed groups supported by Iran.
In a related incident, three American soldiers were injured in an attack by gunmen supported by Iran on the Erbil base in Iraq.
