The business environment at Dubai Trade Centre District will be second-to-none and will inspire high levels of productivity in a world-class working atmosphere,” continued Al Marri.
“We have selected Jones Lang LaSalle both because of their market understanding and also because of their experience in forging strong relationships with international tenants, founded upon model terms and conditions. We will provide tenants with the highest quality experience from the moment they decide to make Dubai Trade Centre District their base of operations,” he concluded.
Built to the world’s highest standards of design by internationally-renowned group Hopkins Architects, the grade A1 corporate offices within Dubai Trade Centre District are designed to the highest international specifications and incorporate LEED sustainability standards.
