During honoring 8 "Approved Branch Manager" certificate holders

Al-Omar: KFH allowed 1600 employees training opportunities during 1st Q

Kuwait Finance House's (KFH) CEO Mohammed Al-Omar stated that large corporations seeking continuous achievements should focus on providing the best training courses available for their employees, since these employees serve in various banking fields. He added that KFH has provided more than 1600 training opportunity for its employees in 200 training programs during the 1st Q of this year.

On the occasion of honoring 8 KFH employees, who obtained "Approved Branch Manager" certificate from Banking Studies Institution (approved by Global Finance Institution in Britain), Al-Omar also praised  Abdul Rahman Al-Zeer and Anwar Al-Beidan for taking first 2 places among participating banks. He explained that the quality of service is one of the important challenges in the banking sector, due to the escalating competition among banking corporations to win over clients by seeking to perfect their quality of service. This is the main reason behind KFH's desire to reinforce its training programs for its employees, in addition to KFH's strategy of expanding globally.

Al-Omar noted that the positive, prestigious evaluations that KFH has received from numerous esteemed global rating agencies have added more responsibilities on every employee, keeping in mind KFH's policy of diversifying its array of products and services. Moreover, he said that the most important evaluation is the client's opinion and impression towards KFH, and its products and services.
