Ducab extends commitment to WETEX 2006 as support sponsor

Ducab, the leading manufacturer of high quality power cables in the Middle East, has announced that its participation in WETEX (Water & Energy Technology and Environment Exhibition) 2006 as one of the support sponsors. The exhibition will be held at the Dubai International Exhibition Center from March 13-15. Ducab’s strong involvement in the exhibition underlines the company’s commitment to provide high quality and reliable cable systems in Dubai, with the adoption of latest technological solutions.
WETEX 2006, organised by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), is being held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE of Finance and Industry.
During the three-day exhibition, Ducab will showcase its entire range of cables and components, with a special emphasis on its latest offering the 132 kV high voltage cables and its complete cable system solutions.

Apart from regular courses held at the Ducab factory, the Ducab Jointer Training Academy also conducts customised training at the customer’s premises or on-site if required. Currently Ducab is holding a jointer training session on its Jebel Ali premises for Engineers from DEWA and contracting companies.
The seventh edition of WETEX will display the latest technology in various fields, such as water treatment plants, desalination plants, irrigation systems, dewatering equipment, cable joints and accessories, control systems, insulation materials, energy conservation products, cables, circuit breakers, batteries, power automation systems, waste control products and energy meters, among others.
The exhibition provides an avenue for industry leaders to keep abreast with the latest developments in the Gulf region in the field of water, energy and environment technology, as well as to network with strategic partners in the region.
