Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, announced the launch of its comprehensive campaign to promote its built-to-lease communities across Dubai. The six-week-long campaign rolls out today across radio, print, digital, online and outdoor platforms.
Following the recent launch of four new developments in the most sought after communities in Dubai, DPG has expanded it leasing channels to accommodate the high demand for affordable villas and apartments in the region. Unit prices range from AED23,000 for studio apartments to AED64,000 for a two bedroom villa. The new initiative comes as part of DPG’s focused strategy to help customers identify, evaluate and prioritize their individual leasing requirements.
The campaign will feature eight of DPG’s prestigious communities located across Dubai, including the Jumeirah Beach Residence, the uniquely-themedbeachfront development, Layan, the Mediterranean-themed desert oasis in the heart of DUBAILAND and Shorooq, a popular residential community in Mirdif.
Cordoba, a family-focused community in an ideal location in Dubai Knowledge Village, and Al Khail Gate, affordable apartments conveniently located off Al Khail Road, will also be featured along with commercial projects including Office Park 1 & 2. The premium skilled staff accommodations, Nuzul, will round out the portfolio.
In order to provide clients with the highest level of service, DPG has also launched a dedicated phone number (800 DPG) for leasing inquiries and has extended the call centre hours from 7:00am to 8:00pm weekdays, 9:00am to 6:00pm on Saturdays and from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on Fridays. Additionally, a task-force has been deployed to leasing offices in each community to provide potential customers with experienced staff to view units and communicate the available facilities and services.
