A bridge under construction in a new development in Dubai collapsed Thursday, killing seven workers and wounding 15, police said. According to the AP, the bridge was being built in Dubai Marina, a new residential and commercial development in the city.
Witnesses said a large number of ambulances were rushing to the scene of the accident.
More than 40 workers were on the bridge at the time of the collapse, police said.
