du Pay as you Go® customers can now enjoy a lifetime of great value with the launch of the lifetime offer, which enables them to keep their du lines without having to renew it every year.
To activate the lifetime offer, customers can simply call 135 and choose option 5. They will be charged a one-time subscription fee of AED 20.
To ensure continuity of the lifetime offer, customers need to spend a minimum of AED 10 on their line each year. This small minimum spend will take into account all kinds of usage including national calls, international calls, SMS, data usage and monthly fees for SMS and data bundles.
