The Ideas Arabia Group, one of the sub-groups working under the umbrella of "Dubai Quality Group", has arranged today a seminar on "how to generate ideas and the latest trends for suggestion scheme management" in collaboration with the Department of Health and Quality, safety and environment in the Maritime Transport - Roads and Transport Authority "RTA" .
The seminar, which was held at the authority's headquarter, was attended by representatives from companies and organizations working in the country, and lectured by Mr. Abdul Qader Obaid Ali, Chairman of ideas Arabia sub-group and the Director of Internal Audit and Quality in the Dubai Ports World.
The seminar discussed the proposals system management and mechanisms that would technically and feasibly strengthen the management of these systems. Besides, it discussed the importance of innovation and its methods and how to create new and innovative ideas in line with the rapid changes in the business world.
Mr. Abdel-Qader Ali Said: "Those seminars came in the framework of efforts made by Dubai Quality Group in order to develop and update both public and private business sector. On the other hand these seminars, lectures and workshops help in developing equally companies and individuals functionality."
Roads and Transport Authority seeks from sponsoring such programs to develop its personnel and staff, which would stimulate the spirit of creativity and innovation, and to find methods and integrated solutions for the modern variables offered by proposals system management.
