A blast rocked the offices of the governor of the southeastern district of Mardin in Turkey on Thursday, Reuters and CNN Turk reported.
Several ambulances were sent to the scene, but no deaths have yet been reported. The district governor and several others were said to have been injured.
Hurriyet news said the blast was caused by a bomb, while the Turkish government put the blame on the PKK.
Turkey has been waging an intense military operation against PKK militants in the largely Kurdish southeast of the country.
