Damascus Radio on Tuesday said that Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon is unqualified to talk about peace or about an international peace conference proposed by Washington, because the Israeli leader openly “defies peace and plans to smash” the people of Palestinian, the Syrian Arab News Agency reported.
