British investment bank Sterling Merchant Finance has won the consultancy contract for the Algiers air terminal construction project with a bid of 1.52 million euros, Upline Securities reported.
According to the company's online news service, only two of the 12 original contenders for the contract reached the final stage. Deutsche Bank received 66.5 evaluation points for its $1.25 million bid, while Sterling Merchant Finance received 83 points for its 1.52 million euros tender – Albawaba.com
