A bomb detonated on Friday in Egypt’s Fayoum governorate killing three, reported Al-Ahram Arabic website.
A security source told Ahram that the three people killed were assembling the device in a poultry farm.
On Thursday, a bomb exploded in Alexandria on a local train, injuring nine people, including a child who is in a “critical condition” according to a statement by Egypt’s railway authority.
Two people were killed and 24 injured during political violence on Thursday, according to a health ministry official.
The Brotherhood-led National Alliance to Support Legitimacy had declared the 3 July anniversary of Mohamed Morsi's ouster a "day of rage" and called for protests across Egypt.
