BMW Group reigned supreme at last night’s Car Middle East Awards, held at Dubai Creek Golf Club, taking away three awards, one for each of the three brands, MINI, BMW and Rolls-Royce.
The new MINI was voted ‘Best Small Car of the Year’, the Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé was named ‘Convertible of the Year’ and BMW took the overall prize for ‘Best Design and Technology’.
“This year’s International Middle East Motor Show has already been an enormous success for us, and receiving three awards in conjunction with it is just the icing on the cake,” said Phil Horton, Managing Director, BMW Group Middle East.
“BMW design constantly strives to produce new models that truly reflect the aspirations of our customers, and we are consistently pushing the boundaries of excellence and performance technology. All over the world customer demands are increasing, and at BMW Group we believe we are well placed to meet our customer aspirations – achieving these awards is a testament to that.”
