ALBAWABA- U.S. President Joe Biden announced on Thursday that he lacks the authority to block the use of federal funds for constructing segments of a border wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Despite his belief that such barriers are ineffective, Biden clarified that Congress has already allocated the funds for this purpose, preventing him from redirecting the money as he had attempted earlier.

The proposed construction will involve erecting barriers and roads in a Texas region that has experienced a high influx of migrants crossing from Mexico.
